Special Chabbis took good opening on Friday. Occupancy in the theater was around 55-60% across the country. The film received very good critics reviews and word of mouth on day first is also positive. This is positive indication for the future of the film.2
The film had started slowly in the morning show with 25% occupancy but it grow as day grows and in the evening show occupancy reached around 70%. The first day collection is 7.25 crores. Since it received positive word of mouth and admiration of film experts so it will take good jump on Saturday and Sunday therefore weekend collection would be reasonable amount.
Akshay Kumar, Anupam Kher, Manoj Bajpai and Neeraj Pandey is getting admiration of audience and it is accepted by all age group. There is almost all that things in film which people want to see in a film like romance, comedy, emotion and action but in a balance. But this film is somewhat different from Akshay' usual film where there are abundance of action and comedy so it will be interesting to see how much people like him in off beat film.

Decent movie with a good plot.. Director might have dragged some of the portions more than required, which could have been used for better character development, but again.. this was AkshayK starred.. There's a love affair in the movie which doesn't fit at all to the plot..
