Will Akshay's Thuppaki release on 26th Jan, 2014?

One of the most awaited films of Akshay Kumar is remake of “Thuppaki” which is directed by Gajni fame director A R Murugadoss as well as produced by Bipul Shah. Once again, Rowdy girl Sonakshi Sinha will be appeared opposite him who had worked in Rowdy Rathore and Joker with him.

The film started to make enough buzz whenever title and date of release is not yet finalized. We heard that title may be “Encounter” and release date would be next year Republic Day but it is not conformed.

If it happened than it would be more suitable date for this film. The film is based on terrorism problem so it is more logistic and wiser to release it on grand occasion of Republic Day as “Ek Tha Tiger” having patriotic flavor, had released on Independent day last year. Everyone knew what kind of business it had done.

The film appeared as hurricane and shattered all previous record of holiday opening. The film opened with mammoth 32 crores and finished with 198 crores total domestic collection. It was magic of Independence Day. Same year, Agneepath was released on Republic Day and opened with 21 crores, magic of national holyday. There is difference of 11 crores between Ek Tha Tiger and Agneepath’s opening but is due to difference of number of screens and shows.

So if maker decides to release it on Republic Day as we heard, will be very sensible decision and we expected it will write new story on the box office.

Sajid Khan claimed Himmatwala will emerged as Ajay Devyn's highest grosser film

Film director Sajid Khan is very confident about his upcoming film "Himmatwala" which is remake of Jitentra and Shri Devi starrer 80’s film "Himmatwala". He is so confident about his work that he made multiple claims.

His first claim is about grand entry of Ajay Devg;yn in film. He said, if people will not clap on Ajay’s entry, he will refund public’s money. His second claim is, "Himmatwala" will cross 100 crores’ benchmark on home box office and third claim is, it will emerged as highest grosser film of Ajay Devgyn’s career.

This is not first time when he made such claim. He does it before his every film’s release and so far, his all claim proved correct. In today’s date his success rate is 100%. All three films got hit. Whether, it was “Hey Babby”, “Housefull” or “Housefull-2”; all claim proved correct.

If we talk about his last film “Housefull-2”, he did same thing. He announced that his film will cross 100 crores’ benchmark and it would be highest grosser film of Akshay Kumar’s career and it happened in reality, House full 2 earned 114 crores on home box office and total gross worldwide collection crossed 200 crores. That time, it emerged as Akshay’s career’s highest grosser film. So, there is weight in his claim.

He is very confident about his work and it seem that he knows the nerve of audience. He knows what people want to see. So, if he made such claim then his film contains all those things which people want to see on silver screen whether critics do not appreciate it.

Akshay's Film Boss release date conformed

Akshay Kumar’s upcoming film “Boss” will now, release on 18th October, 2013. The date is confirmed by Akshay Kumar and production house Cape of Good fims, Ashwin Varde production and Viacome 18.

Earlier, this film was to release on 1st June but due to some problem it was postponed. The film is directed by Antony D’Suza and it is remake of Tamil film. It will be released exactly 70 day after “Once Upon A Time In Mumbai Again” Which is going to release on 8th August, 2013.

Akshay Kumar twitted on Twitter, “Returning to my home turf, solid, never seen before ACTION after Rowdy Rathore, like a boss with BOSS, in theatres on October 18, 2013!”

Akshay first film of 2013 is “Special Chabbis” which was released on 8th February and still running in theatre successfully. His second film “Once Upon A Time In Mumbai Again” will be release on 8th August, 2013 on the eve of Eid festival, a week ago Independence day. Third film is “Boss” on 18th October and fourth film is “Thuppikki” remake directed by A R Murgadosh who had directed “Ghazni” first Indian film which cross 100 crores benchmark on home box office. That means Akshay has four films in this year. One film in first half of year and three in second half.

Sherline Chopra going nude

Bollywood’s sensational item girl Sherlyne Chopra will appear nude in her debutant film “Kamashutra 3D”. She is going to do some nude scenes in his first film and will be seen nude along with other eight nude girls. The news is confirmed by director Rupesh Paul. Earlier Sherline was thrown out from film owing to leaking some scenes but now she again called back by production.

There are words of director Rupesh Paul, “Sherlyn is a very dedicated actress and she is very passionate about her job. I don’t think any other actress could justify it. Besides, it’s a very bold subject where she is going nude and there are eight actors in the film who are also going nude”.

He said further, “ Sherlyn is playing a princess in the film and I am not ready to compromise with any scene in the film. We will start shooting in Rajasthan. We have just shot two to three percent of the film and now the real journey will begin."

He added further, "After the incident, she has become more mature and responsible. Had I cast anyone else, the tantrums from the actress would have been the same. But one thing I like about Sherlyn in her dedication.”

The shooting will be started in mid March, 2013 but when it will be completed, not clear. Of course, this film would be an adult film as its name implies.

Akshay's upcoming film Boss' song leaked

One song of Akshay Kumar’s upcoming film “Boss” has been leaked out by someone and put on a website. This incidence has upset Akshay, Prabhu Deva and entire team. The song is choreographed by Prabhu Deva on Akshay’s request. Who did this? Nobody knows. Prabhu Deva is very upset.

He said, "I don't know how it got out. The song that I shot with Akshay was not meant to be made public. Someone took a picture, we don't know who it is, and put it up. So much care is taken over the marketing of a product these days. To have such a big song being leaked out so randomly is very upsetting."

Prabhu Deva is so irritated with this incidence that he decided to ban all cell phones on the sets of all the films that he will direct or choreograph. He said further, "We have to safeguard our product. If it gets out, it is likely to be duplicated."

Now a day Prabhu Deva is not choreography any film as choreographer but he does it on friend’s request as Prabhu said, "I'll only choreograph if a friend asks me. When Akshay requested me to do a song in Boss, there was no question of saying no. Akshay is a fantastic human being and a terrific dancer. I had a ball shooting with him in Rowdy Rathore. We shot the song for three days at Film City and that's it. My work is done."

Prabhu Dheva added again, "I think he liked the movements I gave him in the ' Chinta Ta ' song in Rowdy Rathore . We share a great tuning. Like me, Akshay is only concerned with his work. He doesn't waste time on useless gossip. For Akshay Kumar...anytime!"

Indeed, this incident has made every producer to take proper care in film making so that nobody can duplicate it.

Akshay & Karan Johar's film name declared

First venture of Akshay Kumar and Karan Johor finally got its title. The title of the film will be “Gutka”. News is conformed and other lead role is also finalized it would be not other than Imraan Hashmi. First time Akshay Kumar will work with Karan Johar and Imraan Hashmi”. Akshay Impressed Kajal Aggarwal

Kajal Aggarwal co actor of Akshay Kumar in Special Chabbis is very impressed with his action. She told that Akshay has inspired her to do action movies. She is surprised with the way he performs his own action sequences.

Kajal said, "I was always an adrenaline junkie. I love adventure sports and bungee jumping is next on my to-do list. Aksahy Kumar wants more Olympic Gold

Akshay Kumar wants more Olympic gold and he wants to do something more for it; Right now, he is giving financial support to some players but it is not enough so he made an appeal to corporate world to come forward and support and nurture those sports talent who come from poor family.

The super star said at the PC Excellence Entertainment Awards, “There is need to see beyond cricket”. “Cricket… I am just damn tired of it! I want something else coming out of this country. I just want it to happen. Support these families, their children are made of something which can get us gold medals at Olympics.”

“All the corporates, if they support four to five families and give them all the money they need, I think we can come up with gold medals,” he added.

Akshay further disclose that he himself supports three such families.

“I support three families whose children are eight to nine years old. I support them completely – their father, mother… everything, so that they can come up (in the sports field). The children are very interested in sports, so they can come up and become great sportspersons,” Akshay said here.

Akshay Kumar himself is a six grade black belt martial artist and he is promoting martial arts on small level. Before starting his career as an actor, he used to drive a martial art school in Mumbai. He also hosts an annual “Akshay Kumar Kudo Tournament”, a karate championship.

Special Chabbis latest Overseas Collection

Akshay kumar rocks on the box office; his latest film Special Chabbis is not only performing superbly on home box office but it also done fantastic business on overseas centers. The film has collected 13 crores plus in 10 days.

Akshay become highest paid actor

Once again Akshay Kumar become highest paid actor of the film industry. There is buzz in the film industry that A Murgadhosh director of blockbuster film ‘Gajni’ has offered Akshay Kumar 50 crores for his upcoming film “Thuppuki”.

Few months ago Salman Khan was suppose to be highest paid actor but now Akshay once again regain that position by replace Salman. These days Akshay’s star is high and every day he is making new records. Last year, he made record of become 400 crores earner in a year, no one has made this record so far.

Will Special Chabbis 1st super hit film of the year

Akshay Kumar rocks on the box office. He opens his New Year account with hit film. His first film “Special Chabbis” is on the track of super hit. The film performed fantastically in first week and collected 46 crores on home box office. The trend developed in first week gives indication of healthy 2nd week collection.

“Special Chabbis” is among fewer film which wins heart of critics and audience together, that is why, after completion of first week, most of people begins to say super hit. This film is following the foot step of Akshay’s last second blockbuster film “Oh My Gody” which too had picked up after positive critics review and positive word of mouth and did amazing business and grossed more than 81 crores.

7th day trend of Special Chabbis & ABCD

“Special Chabbish” continue good business and in short span of 6 days it has collected 41.25 crores. It got status of hit film and now extending toward big hit. Today is last day of first week and it started strongly.

Trend received so far is positive. Since today is Valentine Day, so it is showing some growth; 7th day collection should come around 4.50 crores. Film will finish 1st week with 46 crores domestically and 54 crores worldwidely.

“ABCD Anybody Can Dance" has done fantastic business on home box office and got status of hit film. In short span of 6 days it has collected 26 crores. Trend on 7th day is not bad and it should collected 2 crores, more than yesterday. It will finish first week with 28 crores and life time by 32-35 crores.

Will Special Chabbish Cross 100 Cr

Will Special Chabbis cross the benchmark of 100 crores on Home Box Office? It is a “Yakshay Prashan” and everybody wants to say nothing on this topic and just want to wait and watch what happens next. This is easiest way to keep oneself away but the situation is giving indication; So I cannot stop myself to say something.

I dare to compare this film with Akshay last second film “Oh My God” which had started slowly and earned 16.50 crores on weekend. The film got positive public response and grew on weekday and collected more than 81 crores whenever film experts had predicted lifetime collection around 50 crores.

OMG did fantastic business because people liked content and act of Akshay and other actors. The specialty of this film was clear cut message. In short, people like that film which have good contents and if it has a big star, fun gets double. Now, come to the point, “Special Chabbish” also started with less than expectation (7 crores) but grew further with word of mouth. People liked content and work of Aksahy Kumar, Anupam Kher and Manoj Bajpai.

The film has collected 26.50 crores on weekend 10 crores more than OMG. Second OMG was released over only 1200 screens whenever SC is released over 1750 screens. There is difference of 500 screens. Third, there is no big film release before beginning of April so film won’t lose more screens and there is fair chance to cross the bench mark of 100 crores. So if we consider on these aspects 100 crores looks possible. It is a possibility, let see what happens actually.

Special Chabbis Public Response

Akshay’s “Special Chabbis” is getting great response on opening days. The film is getting positive response of all age group of people. If we talk about social network, public response is exceptionally well and whoever has watched it, is spreading positive word of mouth. Public response is 100% positive and most of people are giving 4/5 or 5/5 stars.

According to some TV news channel public response is very positive. This is great beginning for film; people are appreciating Akshay Kumar, Neeraj Pandey and content. Akshay’s romantic song is impressing audience.

Film has that entire thing which people want to see in a film like; romance, comedy, suspense and action. Specialty of this film is that there is not much bloodshed and glamour. Few people said that starting of the film is somewhat slow but in second half it is scintillating. Overall film is awesome and it will get advantage on coming days.

Salman and Priyaka's show got flop

It is shocking new for Salman Khan’s fan that his super star’s show got flop. This is incidence of Dubai, where an event was organized on the occasion of National Day; Salman Khan and Priyanka Chopra were main attraction of this show. This show was organized by Creative Hub Events.

Apart from Salman Khan and Priyanka Chopra, Zarin Khan and Rahat Fateh Khan were also part of this event but unfortunately and surprisingly presence of audience in auditoriums was only about 25%. Presence of audience in the auditorium, having capacity of 18000, was only 6750.

Indeed, it is shocking for Salman Khan and his fans but it is true that his show got flop. Just remember, he has given back to back 5 blockbuster film on home box office in last three years, all five crossed the milestone of 100 crores, but suddenly his show gets flop (on foreign soil). What may be reason? Official, nothing made clear but it said that high cost of ticket may be the reason. Salman’s last film “Dabangg 2” had done stupendous business in Dubai.

Now one question arises in everybody mind that does Salman attain apex of his career and now his success graph begins to fall down? Or it is an indication of gradient of Salman’s career. Let see what happens further and we should not believe on any guess work.
